The project 'With love from Nox'
Nox is the personification of the night and even though she is considered very powerful (even more powerful then Zeus) there are, interestingly enough, almost no stories about her. This fact leaves room for interpretation and imagination. I thought long and hard about who she might be and what she might be like.
This project will show take you along a journey in which you will get to know Nox very well. You will meet her and her inner circle as if it were your own friends. The project, which consists of digital and traditional paintings accompanied by story telling and poetry, will touches upon several fields. It discusses Greek mythology from a modern perspective, dives into philosophical topics such as good and evil and discusses feminism.
